The App uses third-party services including OpenStreetMap for maps and Tomorrow.io for weather data. These services are subject to their own terms and conditions.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fishing APP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of data or fishing spots
- Inaccurate location or weather information
- Device damage or battery drain
